Projects
The work we deliver.
Westvale Pacific Projects is a new operating brand within Westvale Group. Rather than present a project register we have not yet earned, this page sets out precisely the project types we are structured to deliver, and what each one includes.
We do not publish project names, values, clients or completion claims that are not ours to publish. As engagements are confirmed and permission is in place, project references will be added here. Until then, this page describes capability and scope honestly — which is more useful to anyone assessing us anyway.
01
Project types
Six project types we are set up to deliver.
Each is a genuine scope we can carry as delivery contractor, project manager or coordination partner. Scope lists indicate what is typically included, not a fixed package.

Civil
Roads & access infrastructure
Road formation, access tracks and pavement works that open a site up and keep it serviceable through a wet season.
Scope typically includes
Clearing and earthworks · subgrade preparation · pavement construction · culverts and crossings · line marking and signage · access maintenance

Civil
Drainage & stormwater works
Drainage networks and stormwater management designed and built for high-intensity rainfall and coastal discharge conditions.
Scope typically includes
Piped and open drainage · headwalls and outlets · detention and retention · scour and erosion protection · flood-path coordination with Westvale Partners

Water & utilities
Water supply & reticulation
Potable water infrastructure from source connection through to distribution, sized for realistic demand and maintainable locally.
Scope typically includes
Mains and reticulation · pump stations · storage tanks and reservoirs · metering and control · commissioning and operator handover

Water & utilities
Wastewater & treatment works
Wastewater collection and treatment works delivered with the operating reality of the site and its maintenance capacity in mind.
Scope typically includes
Gravity and pressure sewers · pump stations · package treatment plants · outfall and disposal works · operations documentation

Marine civil
Wharf, jetty & coastal civil
Coastal and marine-adjacent civil works where access, tides and vessel movements dictate how and when work can happen.
Scope typically includes
Wharf and jetty civil works · revetment and seawalls · hardstand and laydown · barge and landing access · marine logistics coordination

Buildings
Industrial & commercial facilities
Industrial and commercial facilities delivered as a coordinated package of structure, services, civil works and externals.
Scope typically includes
Structural and building works · mechanical and electrical coordination · hardstand and car parking · services connections · fit-out coordination

03
Engagement
How a project reaches us.
Work arrives in a few recognisable ways. Each has a different starting point and a different scope of responsibility.
01
A project owner with a committed scope
Design exists or is in progress, funding is in place, and the owner needs a delivery party accountable for building it in-region.
02
A contractor holding the work
A contractor has secured the project but needs Australian-side coordination, procurement capability, or program and cost management.
03
An agency or programme manager
A public or donor-funded programme requires a delivery counterpart with clear accountability, reporting and documentation discipline.
04
An early-stage project
Scope and feasibility are unresolved. We assess deliverability, logistics exposure and indicative cost before anyone commits.
