The right model depends on who holds the design, who carries construction risk, and how much in-region coordination the project needs.

Delivery contract
We hold the construction scope and are accountable for the built outcome, working to a client-held or Group-coordinated design.

Project management appointment
We manage the project on the owner’s behalf — program, cost, contracts and reporting — without holding the construction risk.

Delivery support
We supplement an existing team or contractor with specific capability: procurement, logistics, supervision or program recovery.

Coordination partner
